Greetings! I am an Orlando based User Experience and Interaction designer who has been doing work on the web since 2011. If I had to sum up what I do into a single phrase, I would say I am passionate about making intuitive and memorable experiences on the web and other devices.
If I could talk about what I do at length, I would say that the key to creating a successful product, that is a delight to use, is balancing user needs with business goals. User research, persona creation, and user testing are just some of the techniques I currently use to inform the interaction design process. Couple that with user interface design, a strong focus on typography and you have a strong foundation on which you can apply an iterative design process.
Currently, I'm at HostDime implementing lean UX methodologies, refreshing old web site designs, and refining user checkout flows.
